Our Email Writer AI generates each introduction from scratch using three inputs: the renovation signal (what the hotel is doing), your product data (what you sell), and the contact's role (who they are). Every email is unique — referencing the hotel's actual project, timeline, and requirements. You review and approve every email before it sends. We never send without your explicit approval.
No — and this is a critical differentiator. Emails are sent directly from YOUR Gmail or Microsoft 365 account via secure OAuth connection. The hotel receives an email from your-name@your-company.com, not from a third-party platform. This means your existing domain reputation carries the email, deliverability is higher, and replies land in your own inbox. We never touch your password — we use the same OAuth flow that apps like Calendly use.
Replies land in your inbox like normal. Our Sentiment Analyzer reads the reply tone and intent — interested, requesting samples, asking for a meeting, or declining. We never see or store your email password. We use OAuth 2.0 — the same secure authorization protocol used by Google and Microsoft for third-party apps. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest using column-level encryption (pgsodium). You can revoke access anytime from your Google/Microsoft account settings, and our access is immediately terminated.
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with full encryption at rest and in transit. Infrastructure runs on Vercel (frontend) and Railway (AI workers), both SOC 2 compliant. We do not share, sell, or expose your product data, campaign data, or client information to any third party.
